Momofuku is a culinary model established by chef David Chang in 2004 with the opening of Momofuku Noodle Bar. It consists of eating places in New York Metropolis, Toronto, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, a bakery (Milk Bar), a bar (Nikai), and a quarterly journal (Fortunate Peach). The eating places are notable for his or her progressive tackle delicacies whereas supporting native, sustainable and accountable farmers and meals purveyors.

Chang has written that the title Momofuku is an oblique nod to Momofuku Ando, the inventor of immediate ramen. Chang has recommended it’s not an accident that he selected a phrase that sounds much like a sure curse phrase.
